These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the framework for your interaction with the VNTG mobile application (referred to as the "Service") which is owned and operated by VNTG Hub LLC ("us," "we," or "our").
We kindly request that you thoroughly review these Terms and Conditions prior to utilizing our VNTG mobile application (referred to as the "Service").
Accessing and using the Service is contingent upon your acknowledgment and adherence to these Terms. These Terms are applicable to all individuals, including visitors, users, and any other parties accessing or utilizing the Service.
VNTG Hub LLC is the distributor and seller of the VNTG mobile application.

PERSONAL USE
The terms of use granted to you are strictly personal, and under no circumstances are you permitted to employ the Service for commercial purposes, including business activities or the promotion of your content through third-party media channels.
PURCHASES
When making a purchase ("Purchase") for any product or service offered via the Service, you may be required to provide specific information pertinent to your transaction. This information may include, but is not limited to, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping details.
By using any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) for any Purchase, you affirm and guarantee that: (i) you possess the legal authority to utilize such payment methods; and (ii) the information provided to us is accurate, truthful, and comprehensive.
By furnishing this information, you authorize us to share this data with third parties as necessary to facilitate the successful processing of your Purchases.
We retain the right to decline or annul your order under specific circumstances, which include, but are not restricted to, factors such as product or service availability, inaccuracies in the product or service description or pricing, errors in your order, or other justifiable grounds.
We maintain the prerogative to decline or invalidate your order if there is suspicion of fraud, an unauthorized or unlawful transaction, or any related irregularities.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We regularly revise and enhance our product and service listings on the Service. It is possible that the products or services presented on our Service may contain pricing errors, inaccuracies in their descriptions, or may be temporarily unavailable. Additionally, there may be delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on external websites.
We are unable to provide an absolute assurance regarding the accuracy or comprehensiveness of any information, encompassing prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We retain the authority to modify or revise information and rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at our discretion, without prior notification.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain components of the Service are subject to charges through a subscription model ("Subscriptions"). These charges are billed in advance, following a recurring and predetermined schedule ("Billing Cycle"). The Billing Cycle is established either monthly or annually, depending on the specific subscription plan you choose during the Subscription purchase process.
Upon the conclusion of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will undergo an automatic renewal under identical terms, unless you opt to cancel it or unless VNTG initiates the cancellation. You have the option to terminate the automatic Subscription renewal either through your online account management portal or by reaching out to VNTG's customer support team.
To facilitate payment processing for your Subscription, a valid payment method such as a credit card, PayPal, or an Apple iTunes account is mandatory. It is your responsibility to furnish VNTG with precise and thorough billing details, encompassing your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting this payment information, you grant VNTG automatic authorization to bill all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the provided payment instruments.
In the event that automatic billing encounters any issues and fails to transpire for any reason, VNTG will generate an electronic invoice. This invoice will stipulate that you are required to manually make the full payment for the billing period within a specified deadline date, in accordance with the information provided on the invoice.
FREE TRIAL
VNTG reserves the exclusive right, at its own discretion, to provide a Subscription that includes a free trial for a limited duration ("Free Trial").
To enroll in the Free Trial, you might need to input your billing information.
If you choose to provide your billing details during the Free Trial registration, VNTG will refrain from billing you until the Free Trial period concludes. On the final day of the Free Trial, unless you have canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the relevant Subscription fees corresponding to the chosen Subscription type.
VNTG retains the right, without prior notification, to (i) alter the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer or (ii) terminate the Free Trial offer altogether at its discretion.
FEE CHANGES
VNTG, in its exclusive discretion, holds the authority to adjust the Subscription fees associated with the Subscriptions. Any alterations to Subscription fees will take effect at the conclusion of the ongoing Billing Cycle.
VNTG will extend a reasonable prior notice in the event of any modifications to Subscription fees. This notice is intended to afford you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the revised fees take effect.
Should you opt to continue using the Service following the implementation of the Subscription fee adjustment, this will signify your consent to remit payment in accordance with the altered Subscription fee amount.
SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
Requests for refunds on Subscriptions will be evaluated by VNTG on an individual basis and may be granted at the sole discretion of VNTG.
PRINT SERVICE
Furthermore, VNTG provides a photo printing service ("Print Service") for the photos generated or edited using the APP, complete with home delivery options.
Placing an order through the APP using the photo printing service signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and this applies irrespective of the user or client's country of residence, without any exceptions.
a) Use and Limitations
The utilization of this photo printing service is expressly confined to personal use and is strictly prohibited for commercial or profit-driven purposes. VNTG reserves the authority to annul any order deemed as commercial or profit-seeking in nature.
b) Availability
The availability of the photo printing service is restricted to a limited number of countries. Users can review the list of available countries within the APP, typically found in the "shipping address" section for reference.
c) Payment methods
There are several payment methods at your disposal, including Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are conducted via a secure and encrypted environment employing SSL and HTTPS protocols. Please note that certain payment methods may not be accessible in specific countries, and users can verify their availability during the purchase process.
d) Payments
Following the order confirmation, the total amount will be promptly charged using the payment method previously chosen by the user. Confirmation of an order signifies that the order has been accurately received and is prepared for processing.
e) Rates
The displayed print rates represent the cost per printed unit of photos. Home delivery is not included in the unit price of each photo and will be disclosed throughout the purchase process. The delivery fee may fluctuate depending on the destination country.
Prices are displayed in the currency associated with the user's country of interest, where available. Prior to finalizing the purchase, users have the prerogative to review a summary of the total amount that will be charged to the selected payment method during the purchase process.
Rates are subject to modification at any point in time, except for confirmed orders, where the unit price and shipping costs will remain unchanged.
f) Order Processing
Typically, orders received from Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. In most cases, orders will be shipped from our facility within a maximum of 72 hours from the time of receipt.
g) Shipments
Delivery times will differ based on the destination country and could extend to a maximum of 21 business days. If it surpasses this period, customers are encouraged to reach out to our Support Center for order status updates. Please note that if incorrect shipping information is supplied by the customer and it results in a delivery issue, VNTG cannot accept responsibility for such occurrences.
h) Personal information
Customer privacy is of utmost importance to us at VNTG. We want to assure you that none of the personal data you provide will ever be utilized for commercial purposes or shared with third parties. Furthermore, we guarantee the complete deletion of all digital photographic files within 30 days of order confirmation. We value transparency and respect your rights. In accordance with data protection and civil liberty laws, every customer has the right to access, modify, or delete their data. You can exercise these rights through our Support Center. Additionally, please be aware that VNTG reserves the right to contact our members using the provided personal data. This contact will solely be for the purpose of order management, communication regarding order status, or sharing offers related to our services that may be of interest to you. Your privacy remains a priority throughout this process.
i) Returns
At VNTG, customer satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order within 15 days of receiving it, we offer a return service. Please note that the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our Support Center. When contacting us, please provide your order number along with the reason for the return. We are here to assist you throughout the process. Your feedback and satisfaction matter to us.
j) Force Majeure Event
VNTG reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance beyond our control. In such situations, our Support Center will promptly contact the user via email, using the email address provided in the completed order form. We will then proceed with the necessary refund process to ensure a fair resolution for our customers. Your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances are greatly appreciated.
Furthermore, please be aware that VNTG will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery that may occur as a result of a force majeure event or any similar circumstances. While we strive to provide timely service, unforeseen events beyond our control may impact delivery schedules, and we appreciate your understanding in such instances.

k) International Taxes, Duties and Customs
For international orders, it's important to note that they may be subject to import taxes and fees, which are determined by the local import taxation authority of your country. Please be aware that these additional costs are not included in the purchase price on the VNTG app. As a customer, you are responsible for covering any import taxes or fees that may be imposed by your local authorities upon the arrival of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs or import taxation office for specific information regarding these charges.
It's important to be aware that certain packages may be held by the officials at the customs office of the importing country for inspection or clearance purposes. In such cases, our dedicated team will take the necessary actions to ensure that your package continues its transit smoothly. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will work diligently to assist with any customs-related requirements to minimize delays and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction and receiving your order in a timely manner are our top priorities.
The time a package is held at the customs office depends on different factors and often country related. If your package is held at customs, you can contact the courier company in charge of your shipment. Before contacting the courier company, make sure you have your tracking number.
Please note that delivery is sometimes delayed due to customs and may result in unexpected charges which are unfortunately out of our control. A Customer shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or customs fees.

ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Infringement") of any person.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of "Copyright Infringement" on our Support Center and include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement.
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing your copyright.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VNTG and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Spain and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VNTG.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by VNTG.
VNTG has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that VNTG shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall VNTG, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
DISCLAIMER
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
VNTG its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
